JOB PURPOSE
The loan officer is responsible for providing operational assistance on the state’s loan portfolio
Job Responsibilities
- Calling and following up with state defaulters
- Working with the CM and SC to ensure that borrower’s do not default
- Support agents on issues related to loans
- Work with recovery officers, CMs and SCs on recoveries
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in debt recovery role
- Proven work experience in customer service
- Knowledge of most effective phone recovery techniques
- Driven and result oriented
- Able to communicate in English and Pidgin
