The role

As HR Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and managing contracts as well as payroll across our our offices. You are also the go-to person for any local matters and questions our stakeholders, employees or candidates might have.

You will be pivotal in aligning and communicating internally with our people and stakeholders, as well as managing external parties such as government agencies in setting up and reviewing contracts, answering any questions, and ensuring processes are followed up in a precise and timely manner whilst keeping all interested parties informed.

You are the central person that coordinates, prioritizes and synchronizes matters and parties to ensure the smooth running of operations.

 

You will

  • Own the creation of employment contracts, including annexes and changes for all offices and driving communications to internal and external stakeholders and employees
  • Prepare employment documents for state authorities together with accountants for employment procedures, managing relocations, internships and ensuring any necessary forms for new hires are filled
  • Ensure the registration of any employee changes in the Health Insurance Fund as well as answering any questions related to sick leaves
  • Be responsible for the payroll process for the Skopje office: collect all necessary information and ensure timely calculations for the local Tax Authorities
  • Drive the offboarding process: creation of termination documents, management of termination procedures, arrangement of signing processes, and conducting exit interviews, whilst liaising with state authorities and accountants
  • Prepare payroll information, communication, and reports with our accountants for all our offices
  • Be on top of our HRIS and local communication tools for employee information as well as maintaining and updating employee files
  • Participate in other People & Culture projects as well as assist in events and initiatives that foster our culture and improve our current processes and policies
  • Drive positive change and be consultative in finding new and smarter ways to automate our processes, using data for this and for making decisions and telling a story
  • Act as a point of contact for day-to-day activities and office management tasks to ensure the good running of activities and operations
  • Last but not least, you will also be accountable for developing and managing an assistant involved in the day-to-day HR operations

 

You have

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, either within a People Team or Administrative Team dealing with HR matters internationally
  • Experience in dealing with contracts and compensation and benefits for employees across different European regions, dealing with internal and external parties including government authorities
  • Knowledge of local labour law and different contractual procedures (internship to permanent), from new contracts to extensions, changes in payroll, maternity/paternity leave and any other procedures impacting contracts and payroll
  • Passion and curiosity for People & Culture related matters such as Pre and Onboarding, Offboarding, Labor Law, Comps and Bens and any other topics
  • Second-to-none attention to detail! Nothing escapes you and you can find a needle in a haystack
  • High sense of ownership, responsibility, and urgency. You are self motivated, and you have the drive to move things forward and the confidentiality to keep them for yourself
  • Organisation resourcefulness and coordination, those are words you live by!
  • Worked with previous HRIS or other People tools
