Your mission
- Brand Value Proposition: In Collaboration with PLM team define More Nutrition’s brand identity through Who/What/How, ensuring consistency and clarity in all brand communications.
- Content Creation Team Leadership: Build and lead a centralized content creation team to service the full organization, minimizing duplication and maximizing efficiency.
- Creative Direction: Guide creative teams in producing cohesive, impactful content, packaging, and campaigns that align with our brand’s value proposition and target audience.
- Brand Consistency & Equity: Safeguard brand equity by ensuring alignment in messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all channels.
- Customer Acquisition Toolbox: Develop and deploy a toolkit to reach new audiences through tailored messaging and channel strategies that expand market reach.
- Campaign Design & Execution: Lead the design and execution of brand campaigns that embody the brand value proposition, driving engagement and awareness.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and audience reach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver a cohesive brand message across all customer touchpoints.
- Insights-Driven Strategy: Use data and consumer insights to refine audience targeting, optimize messaging, and select the most effective channels for engagement.
Your experience & skills
- Experience: 8+ years in brand management, content strategy, or similar roles, ideally within DTC or consumer brands.
- Brand & Audience Expertise: Demonstrated experience in crafting and communicating brand value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- Leadership & Team Building: Proven experience in building and managing cross-functional teams that drive consistency and efficiency.
- Creative Vision & Execution: Strong creative direction skills with a focus on delivering cohesive, impactful messaging across multiple channels.
- Strategic Acumen: Ability to integrate market insights and brand strategy into meaningful campaigns and content that drive growth.
- Efficiency-Driven: Skilled in establishing streamlined processes to reduce duplication and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Collaborative Communicator: Excellent communicator capable of aligning cross-functional teams around a unified brand vision.
- Language skills: Fluent in German & English
