The Social Hub is looking for an enthusiastic, strategic and highly creative Social Media Manager to join our team!

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for bringing our social media channels to the next level with rich and exciting storytelling around TSH’s mission and product offering: learn, stay, work, play.

Your main focus will be managing and overseeing our global social channels, sitting in the Content team and working closely with other key stakeholders: Studio, Digital Marketing, CRM, Community and others. This role will include owning the social strategy, social content productions, social media calendar planning, executing posts and reporting. This role will also be responsible for inspiring and guiding our local Marketing Teams across 16+ Hub locations with their own local social channels to ensure vibrant and consistent storytelling.   

The Content team focuses on driving brand awareness for TSH via content-led global campaigns and activations that drive positive business impact. Therefore, this role would be a fundamental part of that mission.

What You'll Do

  • You’ll own and lead the social media content plan, ensuring clearly-defined and measurable objectives and KPI’s such as reach, engagement and lead generation 
  • You’ll showcase the best of The Social Hub's brand story, community, products and experiences on our global social channels with boundless creativity  
  • You’ll work closely with Content, Studio and partner agencies to regularly plan and schedule content across global social media channels with clear content purpose
  • You’ll leverage your own copywriting (fluent UK English) skills and multi-media skills to create content posts within brand tone of voice and social media style guide 
  • You’ll coordinate local teams by managing and implementing social local strategy and guidelines, identifying opportunities to push or collaborate on global content as well as curate local content and stories
  • You’ll own, lead and manage special social projects within the Brand & Content Team and other teams (e.g. Influencer Marketing strategy)
  • You’ll manage creative agency relationships to ensure top quality content, met KPIs and budget 
  • You’ll oversee day-to-day community management and moderation of global social media
  • You’ll conduct regular social listening across social channels to gain insights into how customers are discussing TSH brand on social media and provide a feedback loop to broader stakeholders. In addition, you’ll conduct regular audience analysis to generate insights into who our followers are on our social channels and who else they follow (i.e. their affinities). You’ll also define social channel fit with existing target audiences and identify potential new demographics to target   

Who You Are

  • You have 6+ years of social strategy, creative production and reporting experience
  • You have a dynamic mix of strategic, highly creative and analytical skills with a strong and proven social media track record   
  • You have a deep understanding of broader digital marketing channels, a strong knowledge of social media, content marketing and market trends
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills with experience working in an international and fast-paced matrix organization  
  • You are an entrepreneurial self-starter who takes ownership of all your projects, making sure all is flawlessly delivered and on time
  • You thrive well working independently as needed while being a great team player
  • You connect the dots and love to share new social & content insights and ideas
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken), Dutch, Spanish and/or Italian is a plus
  • You're open and able to live in The Netherlands or Spain
