Join our in-house Creative Studio in Amsterdam. Shape and articulate our brand communications, commercial campaigns and community activations for our diverse audiences. As a Creative Copywriter, you'll play a leading role in taking our brand voice to the next stage, bringing the same level of innovation we show in design, to our copy approach.

Redefining hybrid hospitality since 2012, TSH sets standards on a global scale. Offering a community driven, socially inspired hotel concept with student accommodation, as well as long and short hotel-stay options, eat & drink, gym and rooftop bar facilities and coworking for every demographic, the company’s success is unprecedented. What You’Do

  • Take ownership of all things word-related and driving our unique tone of voice across all our products (hotel stay, long stay, semester stay, coworking, F&B)."
  • Bring ideas, energy and cultural awareness  to any task; from immersion, strategy,
    concept to expression and implementation.
  • Be a strategic sparring partner for our Creative Director and Head of Content to craft original concepts for marketing campaigns and content strategies
  • Build out further our comprehensive Tone of voice deck and drive verbal brand standards and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Produce long copy (think website, brochures, emails) as well as short copy, bold headlines and fun social media captions for both organic and paid communications
  • Craft full funnel marketing campaigns, from concept to implementation
  • Write film scripts and work with Film editors to produce engaging content across earned, owned and paid media.

What You’ll Have

  • Proven work experience within the Creative or adjacent Industry
  • Native English or proficiency level comparable. Additional languages are a bonus.
  • 6+ years copywriting experience in a fast-paced creative environment
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant inhouse work experience
  • An impressive portfolio of published work. From technical to wildly expressive
  • A journalistic approach and ability to fact check long-form content pieces
  • A strategic mindset, experienced with marketing campaigns (full funnel), able to make sense of complex brief and structuring messaging frameworks
  • A good eye for Design. Working closely with a multi-disciplinary Design team
  • A self starter spirit and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for culture, trends and diverse communities
  • Ability to judge great content, both copy and photo/video
  • Dutch or EU citizenship or are in possession of a valid residence/work permit
