As our Solution Architect, you will be responsible for bringing our technology eco-system to the next level with modern, fully integrated and customer-oriented pragmatic solutions around TSH’s mission and product offering: learn, stay, work, play.
Your main focus will be overseeing the integrated solutions in TSH eco-system, sitting in the Digital and Technology, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and partners, understanding the business requirements and complex problems, translating them into technical specifications and designing customer-oriented and robust solutions.
As the owner of integrated solutions in TSH, you will be a bridge between technical and non-technical people while scoping, designing and implementing industry-leading solutions. You will virtualize and document the current and desired solutions, both in logical and technical level, to ensure you scope and design customer-oriented, industry-leading, future proof and backward compatible solutions in the TSH eco-system.

What You'll Do
- You’ll own and maintain the integrated solutions in TSH eco-system
- You’ll work together with stakeholders to understand their requirements, translating them into technical specifications
- You’ll analyze and evaluate the current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- You’ll define the overall integrated solution architecture, providing technical guidance and support to partners and development teams
- You’ll ensure that the solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
- You’ll implement required monitoring dashboards and alert mechanisms
- You’ll apply data driven measurement and decision making regarding the existing solutions' quality and maturity, to mitigate potential risks and issues
- You’ll analyze the impact and backward compatibility of the new and/or changing solutions on the existing eco-system, and justify and falsify with documented integration test scenarios
- You’ll facilitate flawless promotion to production with documented rollout and rollback plans
- You’ll be the person to go regarding first and second level of defense for production issues, incidents, problems.
Who You Are
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience as Solution or Enterprise Architect,
- You have a solid understanding of technology, including software development methodologies, cloud technologies, integration platforms, databases, and programming languages
- You are an entrepreneurial self-starter who takes ownership of all your projects, making sure all is flawlessly delivered and on time,
- You have strong stakeholder and partner management skills with experience working in an international and fast-paced matrix organization,
- You thrive well working independently while being a great team player,
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken),
- You're open and able to live in The Netherlands
