Your mission, should you choose to accept:
You will be reporting directly to the Community Manager and you are mainly responsible for the cleaning of the hotel and student rooms. In addition, you will also be responsible of the cleanliness of the hotels’ shared kitchens and public areas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make sure the hotel is 24/7 sparkling & super-clean! 
  • Coordinate work activities with our external cleaning partners for all of our rooms, kitchens, restaurant, and coworking area
  • Supervise and follow up on performance of external cleaning partners according to the contracts;
  • Plan and co-organize our student check in and check out;
  • Responsible for the overall quality & cleanliness of the rooms; daily, weekly & monthly workflows;
  • Ensure adequate stock levels of all needed supplies;
  • Organize and structure the storages;
  • Evaluate records to forecast department personnel requirements;
  • Make recommendations to improve quality of rooms and ensure more efficient operation;
  • Examine building to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and make recommendations to management. 

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 2 years experience in a housekeeping supervisor/manager role; 
  • You’re fluent in English and can get by in German (written and spoken), other languages are a bonus; 
  • You’re a clean and organised master-mind; 
  • A big star in organising and structuring any Housekeeping Department 
  • You’re extremely calm under pressure and a multitasking machine! 
  • You're legally allowed to work in Austria.
