We are searching for a talented Digital Analyst to join our Data Strategy Team and play a pivotal cross functional role in supporting our eCommerce, Paid Media, Social, App, CRM, Brand, and other marketing teams with analysis, reporting and innovative digital data solutions.  

You will work as part of the Data Strategy team. Data Strategy & Insights is a growing discipline in TSH, and we combine cross discipline team members in the field of Data & Analytics to service the evolving business appetite for focused and impactful data solutions.  What You’ll Do: 

  • Work closely with the paid media, social, app and CRM team to analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations. Develop and strategize to support continuous, reliable reporting that needs to utilize cross-functional systems. 
  • Analyze both qualitative and quantitative datasets, identify patterns and trends, and provide actionable insights 
  • Lead the setup of tagging systems to keep an eye on digital performance and pro-actively support the tracking of new campaigns and features. You can clearly and succinctly explain the requirements to cross-discipline team members. 
  • Develop and maintain robust documentation and procedures.
  • Strategize and develop support systems for regular reporting and utilize our data systems to get the best view on performance.  
  • Conduct reporting & analysis to support KPIs, business objectives, and research needs 
  • Collaborate with the CRM and Marketing strategic stakeholders to define target audience and look-a-like audiences for successful business segments and strategize for all stages of the funnel to directly leverage that data. 
  • Contribute with factual customer analysis on who our customers are and contribute to our overall index and understanding of our guests, in a repeatable and documented analysis framework

Who you are:

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Data Analysis or related field, or strong work experience directly in the field.  
  • You have 4+ years of experience in digital analytics.
  • You have expertise with Google’s entire marketing ecosystem, particularly GA4, BigQuery
  • Experience with GTM (or similar) and technical analytics is appreciated
  • Experience working with relational databases is required
  • You have experience in SQL, PowerBI, Tableau or similar
  • Programming skills in at least one language such as Python or R is appreciated
  • Experience with data in the hospitality industry is a plus.
