Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

As our community advising specialist, you are responsible to coordinate complex/bigger booking requests for all our locations. You are THE TSH specialist and know how to tell the TSH story, sell the concept and products/services to all guests & members and make them returning guests & members by delivering the best TSH experience. You identify market opportunities and know how to turn these into commercial results.

What You’ll Do

  • You handle all enquiries and bookings that are coming in via various channels.
  • You pro-actively recognise our community & build direct relations with everyone.
  • You resolve guest’s challenges & complaints in a quick, efficient manner to maintain the guest satisfaction and quality of our service.
  • You’re always up to date with the latest and relevant TSH information, ready to recommend to our community and guests.
  • You commit to work, encourage and inspire by delivering an amazing TSH experience.
  • You go above and beyond to deliver the best experience for our guests and always strive to exceed expectations.
  • Reaching your KPI’s? You knock them out of the park and then some!
  • You love to help and inspire your co-team members.
  • You’ll work with our Hotel Management Systems (Mews, Pxier and Omniboost), as well as Zendesk, Salesforce and our other main systems.

 Who You Are

  • You have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service (in hospitality is a plus);
  • You’re fluent (verbal and written) in English and Dutch 
  • Staying on top of your game is of importance to you and you are able to keep your head cool in stressful situations;
  • Extremely guest and service-oriented; 
  • Flexibility and adaptability based on business needs (eg. working weekends and bank holidays);
  • A positive can-do attitude and an absolute team worker;
  • Organized and with a high level of attention to detail, multi-tasking, problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality;
  • Sales driven and commercially aware;
  • Living in the Amsterdam area or willing to relocate at your own expense.
