The Social Hub is looking for an enthusiastic, analytical and legally literate Procurement Manager to join our team!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it.. 

You won’t be working in an ordinary Procurement department. Because of our rapid international expansion and ambitious growth plans, we’ve got more going on than just the day-today procurement business you can expect. To contribute to the successes in all our locations, your main focus will be on the Indirect Procurement categories; Professional services, IT, Travel and F&B. Reporting to the Head of Procurement you will be involved in the full scope of the Procurement Process.   
 

Who You Are 

  • You are as enthusiastic about Procurement as you are about contributing to operational excellence. 
  • Your overall procurement experience is +/- 8 years and you are passionate about hospitality. 
  • You have strong skills in drafting (templates) and reviewing commercial contracts.  
  • You like to be part of, and contribute to, a team in transition. 
  • You connect dots quickly and love to share new insights and ideas.  
  • You thrive in a fast paced environment and are able to keep track of all your projects. 
  • You are cost conscious without losing sight of quality and you always keep the impact on Hotel operations in the back of your mind. 
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken), Dutch, Spanish and/or Italian is a plus 

 

What You'll Do 

Together with our internal and external partners you will scan the market for the best suppliers.  As the TSH Senior Procurement Manager you have no trouble to excite the market in partnering with us. You will negotiate good commercial terms and together with our Legal team you will make sure these terms are imbedded in a contract.  

Furthermore you will focus on; 

  • Programs and initiatives that align with our company's commitment to social and environmental responsibility 
  • Leading and supporting forward-thinking initiatives to enhance guest experiences, improve operational efficiency, and stay at the forefront of industry trends within the hospitality sector. 
  • Driving cost efficiency initiatives by analysing and optimizing operational expenses, budget management, vendor negotiation, process improvement, and resource allocation to achieve financial objectives while maintaining quality and performance standards.  
  • Forging strategic partnerships with key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality and the timely delivery of goods and services. 
  • Preparing and executing tender processes, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently, and that they meet the organization's requirements and standards. 
  • Managing contracts, contract re-letting and renewal processes across your procurement categories, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and budgetary considerations.
