As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll drive the commercial performance and product roadmap for key segments. Your mission will be to craft and execute marketing strategies that fuel growth, covering everything from acquisition to retention. You’ll manage global campaigns, lifecycle activations, and experimentation to refine performance, all while collaborating with teams to ensure commercial success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own & optimize marketing performance for assigned product segments.
  • Analyze buying behaviors and personas to inform product strategies.
  • Develop compelling positioning & messaging with cross-functional teams.
  • Execute & manage global campaigns, ensuring they meet objectives.
  • Create & implement experimentation roadmaps to boost performance.
  • Track performance against KPIs and report to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to address opportunities.
  • Manage local activation for global campaigns and lifecycle management.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Oversee campaign budgets and ensure ROI.

Who You Are:

  • Commercial acumen with a proven track record in driving product marketing performance.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and KPI tracking abilities.
  • Creative & innovative with a focus on challenging the status quo.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Project management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in Go-to-Market strategies within hospitality or residential products (hotels, PBSA, extended stays, co-living).
