We’re seeking a passionate Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our space is always impeccably clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, creating a seamless experience for our guests and maintaining our high standards of quality.

What You’ll Do:

Operations:

  • Manage daily housekeeping operations, from scheduling shifts to overseeing cleaning protocols and maintaining inventory.
  • Ensure every room, coworking space, and common area meets our cleanliness and presentation standards, creating a warm and inviting environment for all.
  • Coordinate with the Facilities team to address maintenance issues promptly, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Regularly inspect rooms and public spaces to guarantee they meet health, safety, and quality standards.

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, train, and inspire the housekeeping team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Plan and oversee the daily scheduling of your team, ensuring efficient coverage across all shifts.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to set objectives, review progress, and communicate any updates.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training for new team members, empowering them to excel in their roles.

Performance & Quality Assurance:

  • Track and manage supply costs, ensuring the efficient use of resources while staying within budget.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize housekeeping processes and drive improvements in cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Implement quality control checks and oversee regular deep-cleaning schedules to maintain top-tier standards.
  • Analyze guest feedback and collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement.

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 1-3 years’ experience in housekeeping or facility management, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • You’re a people-focused leader with a knack for motivating and inspiring your team to perform at their best.
  • You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and always focused on providing the highest standard of cleanliness and service.
  • You’re fluent in German and English, with additional languages being a plus.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling challenges with a calm, can-do attitude.
  • You’re a team player who enjoys collaborating with other departments to deliver the best possible guest experience.
