At TSH, we are giving a big momentum to our digital transformation by starting major structural digital projects: uplift our digital ecosystem and platforms, developing a groundbreaking web environment and elevating our Digital Customer Experience. Inside the Digital Hub, reporting to the Director of Digital, you are the guardian of digital customer experience in our places: AppMobileon-site digital experiences, and innovation. You will manage the App Product Manager, in charge of the App implementation.

Your decisions and actions will determine the rich, immersive experiences that deliver inspiring ways for all our community (guest, team members, partners, neighbors…) to interact and live together in our places. As a leader in the Digital Hub you will partner with other brilliant technologists and digital thinkers to formulate a vision and deliver a digital eco-system to activate our hybrid co-living, co-working, collaborating spaces.

You are responsible for delivering a strategy to activate our vision in Digital CX and will be a futurologist who has an amazing brain to balance pragmatic business decisions while considering integration of technology and an eye toward how the world will be in the coming years.

You will lead our new mobile platforms/Apps/customer facing digital environment and elevate the potential of our digital experiences. I.e., Payments, Digital Key, Check-in / Check-out, Events, Community animation etcetera. You will integrate new platforms, bring innovations (wearables, payments, companions…) and partner with our vendors to create digital experiences that deliver strategic advantages that makes our TSH experience amazing.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the business in and be the primary contact for all mobile platforms / customer facing App and digital experiences in our hotels;
  • Design, delivery and operational support of all App platforms and other CX innovation through defined enhancement opportunities using Agile methodology in the form of epics and stories;
  • Analyze the customer insights, data, vendor capabilities, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities to enrich our mobile platforms and on-site Digital experiences;
  • Own selection and delivery of all digital CX products such as: Payments, Digital Key, Check-in / Check-out, Events, Community animation etcetera;
  • Lead in the selection of technology vendors including choice of platforms, definition of processes, negotiation of contracts and delivery of solutions;
  • Manage relationships with vendors and external partners in the delivery and maintenance phases;
  • Responsible for large budgets and all spends associated with your projects;
  • Uplift in company-wide Digital Quotient, to ensure every team member has deeper understanding of digital capabilities;
  • Inspire your people and the broader team through mentorship and education to drive overall professional growth.

What You’ll Have

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital or IT specialisms.
  • 7+ years of proven track record delivering App, Mobile, CX, Payment and technology on a multinational scale and working alongside marketing & mobile technology vendors to develop ground-breaking digital experience and solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of App and Mobile based platform architecture, development & evolution.
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle & methodologies.
  • Success leading large projects and well versed in multiple project management best practices.
  • Working knowledge of AGILE, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Tableau and Adobe Analytics.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • You must be eligible to work in the Netherlands due to your EU citizenship or a valid Dutch work permit.
