Time Research is a quantitative trading firm founded in 2019, utilizing a diversified portfolio of systematic and quantitative strategies to achieve high quality, uncorrelated returns. We were founded by a team of traditional and crypto trading veterans with an average daily trading volume of over $2B USD at over 15 crypto trading venues.

We specialize in multi-strategy quantitative trading across a broad range of digital assets, employing diverse approaches such as liquidity provision, market making, statistical arbitrage, systematic long/short, DeFi strategies, and direct external investments.

As a technology and research-driven firm, we design and build our own cutting-edge systems: from high performance trading, large scale data analysis to compute farms. What You Will Do
 
Time Research is a technology-driven trading firm specializing in digital assets. We trade our own capital at our own risk across a broad range of asset classes, instruments, and strategies in financial markets around the world. As the markets have evolved over the past years, so has Time Research – maximizing opportunities to include real estate, crypto assets, and venture capital. With over 1000 employees at our headquarters and offices around the world, we work together to solve complex problems, challenge consensus, and deliver meaningful results. It’s a place of high expectations, deep curiosity, and thoughtful collaboration.
 
As the Global Infrastructure Manager, you will work closely with our technology teams and external parties providing world-class support, investigating, and resolving a variety of technical and business issues every day. Your success will depend on your ability to rapidly identify and resolve business-impacting issues. Your work will range from addressing time-sensitive critical problems to managing long-term projects.
 
You'll be working on:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with global telco and hardware vendors.
  • Maintain technical hands-on when deploying hardware and troubleshooting technical issues with other teams.
  • Become the expert for global broker third party and exchange trading systems/infrastructure.
  • Become the primary contact point for maintenance, support, and expansion of office and co-location facilities globally.
 
Who You Are
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Experience with network switch setup, network design and implementation.
  • Experience with data center physical and logical operations.
  • Experience working with various global and crypto exchanges.
  • Strong organizational, planning, documentation, and knowledge management skills.
  • Experience working with remote teams in different time zones.
  • Flexibility with on-call and weekend infrastructure changes efforts.
  • Experience working in the trading industry supporting electronic trading systems.
  • Familiar with Cisco Nexus 3548 and python is a must.
