ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Townhouse are looking for an exceptional IT support engineer to join the team supporting technology in their head office and high street Salons as they undergo continued expansion. 
  • Kick-start your career by joining a £10m funded award-winning, nationally recognised and rapidly growing scale-up on a journey to create one of the leading global retail brands where technology is front and centre. 
  • Be part of a dynamic team of 6, reporting to the IT manager, you will help across all areas of IT, from head office to high street stores, providing support and delivering exciting project work.  

ABOUT YOU:

  • Passionate about technology 
  • Self-starter, comfortable working with limited supervision 
  • Conscientious, organised, driven 
  • Honest, open, great interpersonal skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability 

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Windows laptops, MS365 Administration and Office 365 Suite experience is a must
  • Service Desk and leaver/joiner set up experience is key

DESIRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

  • Network administration 
  • MDM 
  • Asset management 
  • Mac & Ipad support 
  • Cyber Security 

LOCATION:   

Our office is based in Central London and we offer a discretionary hybrid working model, based on the requirements of the role.
