ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a UX/UI Designer at Townhouse, you’ll play a central role in shaping and enhancing our online presence, ensuring that our customers experience a visually compelling and intuitive digital journey. Working alongside our marketing, tech, and product development teams, you’ll design user-friendly interfaces for our website, booking platforms, and customer support systems, as well as email marketing templates that capture our brand’s essence and align with our business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and improve the visual aesthetics and functionality of our website, booking platforms, email marketing templates, and CRM support interfaces.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas across multiple digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that all design elements, from web interfaces to CRM integrations, are accurately implemented.
  • Conduct user research and participate in usability testing to gather insights, enabling continuous improvement of web and support designs.
  • Ensure consistency of our brand’s visual identity across all digital assets, including email campaigns and customer support platforms.
  • Stay informed about design trends, web design best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to email and CRM platforms.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your work on web, email, and CRM interfaces.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Experience in creating visually appealing and responsive email templates and support/CRM interfaces that enhance the customer journey.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, layout, and usability principles.
  • Keen eye for pixel-perfect detail and a strong grasp of typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) and email design best practices is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

LOCATION:   

Our office is based in Central London and we offer a hybrid working model, based on the requirements of the role.
