Job Description
TRG Screen is seeking a talented UX Designer to own and enhance the user experience for a series of our cutting-edge products. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for user-centered design and the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Own the User Experience for a Series of Products: Facilitate and participate in discussions and working sessions to understand business objectives, pain points, and priorities. Frequent communication will be needed with product managers and analysts to receive feedback and understand business functionality.
- Develop and Communicate Recommendations: Synthesize business requirements, technical considerations and other inputs with your own research into specific UX/UI recommendations and present to team members. Will require the ability to be skilled in creating and using wireframes, UI mockups, site maps, personas, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes.
- Effectively Collaborate with a Team: This role requires daily interaction, frequent communication, and design/research iteration with on-site and remote team members including the UX colleagues, Product Managers and Owners, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, and the Development team to identify, plan and perform UX activities.
- Active Engagement: The work environment contains fluidity, a need for active listening, and agility to shift based on updated priorities with a positive attitude.
- Champion UX Design Culture: Expectations will include presenting the idea of customer centered design and promoting UX Design based on our personas to all employees. Innovation is a high priority and we are looking for continuous UX Design improvement
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years experience doing UX Design for SaaS software products
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Factors, HCI, Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Computer Science or related
- Experience with tools such as Axure, Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite, Atlassian Jira & Confluence
- A desire to help customers achieve their business goals
- An empathetic nature; curiosity for complex things and complex people - you love to ask "Why?"
- Ability to distill complex functionality into elegant user interface designs
- A strong attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
- Great communication skills in English (other languages a bonus) - both verbal and written
- A portfolio of work and stories demonstrating how you've helped to create great UX for software products
- A passion for thoughtfully-designed products that people love to use
- B2B software experience (great to have, but not necessary)
- Knowledge of Financial Markets and Personas (great to have, but not necessary)
