Job Description

The Account Executive will report directly to the Head of International Sales and will be responsible for leading new customer acquisition for the UKI buy side. This role will focus executing new logo wins as an individual contributor in accordance with TRG Screen’s go to market strategy and sales methodology.

With a strong background in financial services, the successful candidate will be adept at expanding product adoption, increasing account value, and positioning TRG Screen as a strategic partner to clients by offering additional solutions that align with their evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on the UKI buy side market to identify and secure new logo wins for TRG Screen
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, pre sales, managed services and other cross functional teams to create and execute win plans aimed at maximizing revenue growth and long term client retention.
  • Conduct in-depth client meetings and product demonstrations to showcase the value of TRG Screen products and services
  • Work closely with internal teams to tailor TRG Screen’s solutions to address specific client needs and support their strategic goals.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the value and ROI
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their business challenges and offer consultative advice on how TRG Screen solutions can help optimize their workflows and reduce costs.
  • Travel as required within UKI to meet clients for business reviews, product demonstrations, and strategic discussions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or similar is preferred.
  • 6-10 years of experience in new logo SaaS sales, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Proven experience in complex solution selling across all aspects of the sales cycle (prospect to close).
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, with a clear understanding of UKI buy side.
  • Excellent commercial negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of tailoring complex solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and pipeline
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland as required to support sales efforts and meet with clients
Salary Range
£105,000£115,000 GBP
