The Role:

At Trilitech, we are growing fast. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team who will take ownership of planning, implementing and tracking social media campaigns and community growth strategies across the Tezos and Trilitech channels. You will be responsible for regularly reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns, while discovering new ways to optimise their growth. You will be expected to keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the blockchain space.

 

Main activities:

  • Conceptualise, implement and track social media marketing and community engagement
  • Implement strategic campaigns to increase followers and engagement on Tezos' and Trilitech's social media channels
  • Work cross-functionally to develop plans for social content, social-led campaigns and social content frameworks
  • Track, monitor and report content performance through insights and analytics
  • Create cost-effective social media marketing campaigns aimed at increasing social media presence and general awareness of Tezos
  • Streamline social media channels to ensure content and tone of voice is consistent

 

Essential requirements:

  • Experience working in social media management and/or strategy in a relevant industry 
  • Genuine passion and interest in blockchain
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated self-starter, with proven ability to adapt when priorities shift
  • Data-driven mindset, using data to report on social media strategies/results to senior stakeholders
  • At least 3 years experience driving social media campaigns on channels such as Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Discord

Trilitech is a Tezos ecosystem company based in London. We cooperate with other companies, partners, and projects on a variety of Tezos blockchain matters. These include core protocol development, application development, and business development in three key verticals: Art, Gaming, and DeFi.
