The Function
The Marketing Function is at the very heart of Triple Point’s business. An integral part of the wider Distribution group (Sales, Marketing and Client Service) with responsibility for all aspects of the marketing mix including strategy, brand, campaigns, content, advertising, digital, events as well as internal and external comms. We act as a trusted adviser to stakeholders in investments, retail, wholesale and institutional sales as well as the senior leadership of Triple Point, we put the customer at the centre of all that we do.
The Team
A core team of 11 professionals is led by a financial services marketing veteran with a reputation for building highly-effective and happy teams and providing the opportunity for talented people to grow and develop their careers. In the past two years successful marketing campaigns have supported the record fundraises in the estate planning and ventures fund solutions.
The Role
- Developing, managing, and producing marketing materials such as presentations, factsheets, and regular reporting for Triple Point’s suite of retail products.
- Overseeing campaign and project management by collaborating with internal design, digital, content, and communications teams, as well as external agencies, to meet agreed deadlines, planned budget thresholds and delivering targeted return on investment.
- Develop and manage an appropriate event programme (physical and virtual) targeting financial advisers, paraplanners, networks and nationals.
- Managing content for various channels including email, website, and social
- Ensuring that messaging and visual language are consistent across all touch points.
- Liaising with compliance to ensure approval of all marketing touch points and documenting all approvals/sign-offs.
- Maintaining and updating all retail digital platforms (website/landing pages and portals.
- Demonstrating proficient writing and storytelling skills.
- Working closely with the Sales function to develop operational marketing plans aimed at achieving revenue-based targets.
- Ensuring compliance to both the letter and the spirit of the Consumer Duty and all other regulatory requirements.
- Oversight of the risk register for retail marketing activity.
- Mentoring less experienced members of the marketing team and assisting them in implementing robust and repeatable processes to enhance marketing effectiveness across the organisation.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience
- Financial services knowledge
- Management of multi-disciplinary teams
- Demonstrable campaign management experience
- Ability to manage complex projects on time and on budget
- Knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce preferred
- Team player, willing to get their hands dirty
