The Retail Strategy Team 

Our purpose is to develop a strategy to help raise and retain assets under management (AUM) for Triple Point to help drive the growth of the business. We accomplish this by providing innovative financial solutions that support financial advisers in helping people with their financial goals. The RFP (Request For Proposals) Team sit within the Retail Strategy team, and have responsibility for creating documents and gathering information to support the activities of the Sales team. 

The Role

  • Independently draft and execute, compelling high quality, bespoke RFPs , DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) and consultant questionnaires for a range of potential clients
  • Effective use of the team’s RFP content repository (Loopio)
  • Support RFP Lead to manage and maintain responses on Loopio, and to develop and evolve the processes, procedures, and controls required to do so
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Triple Point’s Investment strategies
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Triple Point’s departments, senior leaders and business priorities
  • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the business in order to create the highest quality RFP / DDQ content.
  • Preserve a high level of business integrity by ensuring exceptional accuracy in all content.
  • Critically review standard content for optimum quality
  • Ensure that the most up to date analysis and research is included in all content.
  • Work on multiple deadlines concurrently.

You will also,

  • Support RFP Lead as first point of contact for sundry ad-hoc questions received by the Sales team
  • Support RFP Lead with work on literature and sales support tools
  • Support RFP Lead as a point of contact for Marketing’s internal source of data
  • Support RFP Lead with submissions to consultant and external research organisations (Micap, Tax Efficient Review, etc)
  • Support Head of Distribution, Retail Strategy Director and other senior leaders on ad-hoc projects as capacity allows

Skills Required

  • High level literacy skills essential
  • Developed interpersonal skills, particularly a high level of comfort and confidence when communicating with senior leaders, are essential
  • Attention to detail essential
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Microsoft Word) highly preferred
  • Numerical skills highly preferred
  • Experience with Loopio (or other Proposal Automation Systems such as Qvidian or RFPio) a plus
