The Opportunity
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you would join an engineering team that is a diverse group of individuals with a shared passion for problem-solving and innovation. - TypeScript for our application code
- Next.js for building our user interfaces
- GraphQL for data management
- Tailwind CSS for styling
- Go for systems programming
- AWS for our infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions for our customer-oriented application containing 2 products: Node API and Staking, as well as the internal-oriented admin tool
- Actively participate in ideation sessions and feature brainstorming inside your team and tribe
- Help prioritize feature development based on technical complexity and user impact
- Work closely with the designers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Collaborate with the UI team and lead the implementation of our new component library
- Monitor our frontend apps’ performance and triage any issues or problems
About You
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Significant enterprise experience with JavaScript and modern JS frameworks, including React, Next.js
- Comfortable with GraphQL workflows
- Familiar with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Interested in blockchain technology
- Motivated by the challenge of building a product that will shape the future of finance
- Location: East Coast, North America
Bonus Experience
- Blockchain industry experience
- Knowledge of at least one modern systems programming language such as Go
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and/or other cloud environments
- Experience with software deployment solutions such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
