Since becoming the first company that has driven a car on European public roads with no one inside Vay have become the leading Teledriving company in the world setting the global standard for remotely driven vehicles. Vay are now operating a safe, affordable, and sustainable door-to-door mobility service in the Las Vegas, US and will soon begin scaling to other locations in the USA, Europe & beyond. Our Vay Drive service is a driverless delivered, by the minute car rental service, creating an exciting, safe & affordable experience for all.

We’re looking for a Junior Talent Partner to join our fast-growing Las Vegas office during a thrilling period of expansion, reporting in to our Head of Talent Acquisition. This is your chance to make a real impact as part of a company that’s shaking up the autonomous driving industry, where no two days are the same!

You’ll play a key role in building our hiring process from the ground up. You’ll be at the heart of attracting top talent and shaping an incredible candidate experience. What you’ll be doing:

  • Be part of something big – Help drive our recruitment efforts, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create winning job descriptions that stand out
  • Think outside the box – Use our sourcing tools and your own creativity to find the best talent in unexpected places
  • Own the candidate experience – Assist in managing the recruitment process from start to finish, making sure every candidate feels valued and excited about the opportunity to join us
  • Collaborate and grow – Partner with the other members of our people team to implement the cultural strategy in Las Vegas
  • Be a key player in our growth – Your ideas and input will shape our hiring strategy as we scale quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

What we’re looking for:

  • Some experience in recruitment (internships or entry-level roles count!) and a passion for learning the ins and outs of talent acquisition
  • A creative, resourceful approach to sourcing talent and finding new ways to attract candidates
  • Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail – you’ll be helping craft the future of our team!
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic startup environment where things move fast
  • Familiarity with an ATS (like Greenhouse) or a willingness to dive in and learn
