Why this role is awesome: 

We’re seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and retention strategies for our rapidly scaling urban mobility startup. By leading our digital performance marketing, you will be a critical part of our team to help us 10X our customer acquisition in Las Vegas, while being very efficient and cost-effective. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer passionate about transforming the future of urban transportation, equipped with both creative vision and analytical skills to drive measurable growth.

What you'll be driving:

  • Digital Marketing: Manage paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor key metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversion rates) and use analytics tools to optimize strategy and discover new opportunities, including A/B testing.
  • Attribution: Develop models to assess marketing effectiveness and allocate budget efficiently.
  • Testing & Optimization: Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization to enhance ad performance.
  • Budget Management: Ensure effective budget allocation for maximum ROI across campaigns.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to maintain competitive strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with product, operations, design teams, and agencies to align marketing strategies with business goals and user experience.
  • Growth Strategy: Support multi-channel campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

What are we looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within startups, mobility, or tech.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of paid media and performance marketing.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) and CRM platforms (MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and personalization tools.
