Your tasks will include:

  • Achieve the EMEA quarterly licensing booking with a specific focus on our Velocity and VCSP segments
  • Manage and optimize relationships with distributors and aggregators and act as their main point of contact at the EMEA level
  • Optimize quoting and booking processes with all Tier 1 partners buying their solution directly to Veeam: distributors and aggregators, hyperscaler marketplaces and Alliance resell
  • Ensure that any activity, any program evolution can be industrialized and digitalized to maximize the revenue from our Tier 1 partners
  • Develop and provide frameworks, tools and guidelines to our distribution managers (field and Inside) but also to our Channel SDR team (responsible for our long tail of partners)
  • Provide the EMEA management team with monthly and quarterly analysis of the performance of our Tier 1 partners
  • Make suggestions of actions per segment and geography, as well as program evolution
  • Work on the contents of the Partner Network programs, their planning and launch
  • Work in close relationship with the EMEA marketing team
  • Participate to a number of Tier 1 partner projects coordinated by the Global Channel organization

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent years of experience
  • Sales experience with the Channel Partner ecosystems 
  • Sales experience in relevant industries of backup, cloud, data center a plus
  • Ability to pick up new technology concepts 
  • Analytical thinker with proven ability to metric and govern         
  • Experience with Veeam Alliance Partners      
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities

Knowledge

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to present to groups  
  • Knowledge of virtualization industry and the ability to relay information to the partner community
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
