About the role

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Marketing Director to lead our B2B marketing efforts and drive sales-assisted growth for VEED. 

In this role, you'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate qualified leads, increase pipeline, and support our enterprise sales team.

What you will do

Demand Generation

  • Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and pipeline growth
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital advertising, email, content marketing, events, and other channels
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and growth team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and support pipeline acceleration
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to optimize lead nurturing programs, including lead scoring and segmentation

Strategic Planning

  • Define key market segments and develop targeted positioning and messaging for enterprise audiences
  • Collaborate with User Research and Data teams to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing and product strategies
  • Collaborate with product management to shape the product roadmap based on market insights
  • Develop and manage the enterprise marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

Performance Measurement

  • Establish benchmarks and KPIs for marketing performance, with a focus on MQLs and pipeline contribution
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, including conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI
  • Provide regular reporting on marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue to executive leadership

Brand & Reputation 

  • Help define differentiated enterprise brand, within VEED brand guardrails. 
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to drive word of mouth at scale - case studies, reviews, other social proof etc. 
  • PR - work with PR agency and consultants are appropriate to ensure VEED is achieving relevant placements to become more top of mind as an enterprise solution
  • Thought Leadership - lead the development and launch of thought leadership pieces designed to increase our credibility and reach. 
  • Identify partnerships that help us become better known and respected as an enterprise solution. Define co-marketing programs and other opportunities (e.g integrations) . 

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals
  • Foster collaboration across marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies

About you

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise software or SaaS marketing
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through marketing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and B2B buyer personas
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience with the US market
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

Country Hiring Guidelines: At VEED we are remote-first, enabling teams and individuals to design their day and integrate work and life. We are currently hiring in 2 core hubs: the UK and the Netherlands and 2 additional hubs for sales and support roles only (USA for sales and the Philippines for support).
