✎ Job description
The objective is to act as a technical expert on product & pricing issues across the EU perimeter.
Reporting to the "Advanced Pricing Analytics" team, you will participate in the creation and pricing of our insurance products (in particular Auto and MRH) according to the following missions:
- Collect data from partners via insurance and non-insurance databases;
- Identify the product needs of our partners;
- Carry out statistical modeling of risks, determine target profitability and pricing criteria;
- Develop pricing models and implement them in API through our platform;
- Participate in pricing innovation projects, particularly in the context of the automation of our Product Factory and the modularity of our offers;
- Present results internally and to distributors. Argue and negotiate the sales prices of the proposed products;
- Follow-up the pricing strategy after the production launch, in collaboration with our partners.
✯ Profile
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Science or equivalent
- Proven experience as an actuary, including a first experience in the field of pricing in P&C insurance
- Existing experience using traditional P&C tools: linear models (EMBLEM, AKUR8 or equivalent), open-source programming (Python, R)
- Previous experience or exposure to machine learning models and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc)
- Fluency in English is essential (spoken and written), French is a nice to have
- Taste for teamwork and project management
- Good communication and prioritization skills
