We are looking for a skillful Global HR Manager to join the People & Ops Team. As a remote-first company that values transparency across all teams,  the ideal candidate should connect, develop and own programs related to the remote culture. In addition, the ideal candidate should be passionate about helping people learn and grow, managing ongoing HR projects and working closely with cross-functional global stakeholders.

This role will report directly to the VP of People and Operations and will be part of the HR organization. 

What your day to day will look like:

  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to map business needs and build org programs accordingly 
  • Gather and document all processes to be aligned with remote-first culture 
  • Full ownership of HRIS implementation project and ongoing support
  • Build and own onboarding experience for new employees
  • Own the ongoing talent moves discussion and succession planning, as well as annual talent and managerial assessments.


  • 3 years of experience as Organizational development, HR project management or related field
  • Previous experience in SaaS companies
  • Previous experience in HR project management or implementation of HRIS systems.
  • Strong background in organizational development
  • Orientation and understanding of complex HR processes.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and capabilities.
  • Native English is required
  • Strong communication skills - Verbal and written
  • BA/MA in Psychology, Sociology, Management, or any relevant field
