Performance Marketing Manager

📖 Key responsibilities:

• Plan and manage User Acquisition campaigns for multiple games on different channels and countries.
• Analyze the performance of the campaigns, identify the most relevant signals, and increase the ROAS.
• Share weekly the performance of marketing activities with the entire company.
• Work closely with our Creative Marketing team to coordinate efforts and share feedback.
• Use our suite of internal growth tools and interface with our Tech team to continuously improve them.
• Deepen your UA expertise and share best practices with other teams to keep our organization at the forefront of growth innovation.
• Lead transversal projects.

💛 Requirements: 

• Minimum of 1 or 2 year of experience with performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels working against performance KPIs (ROAS, MER…)
• Data-driven decision-making experience, ability to analyze raw data, summarize findings, and create detailed reports to share with the whole company.
• Knowledge of Performance Marketing best practices.
• Willingness to learn in-depth post-click metrics such as retention, engagement, and monetization KPIs.
• Fluency in English.
• Drive to grow and scale businesses with sustainable products.
• Having a knack for constant innovation, willingness to learn, and ability to challenge the status quo.
• Can-do attitude with a start-up mindset.

• Experience with marketing activities for mobile apps or mobile games.
• Knowledge of Growth Marketing and User Acquisition best practices.
