Project Manager

We are an innovative and unique mobile games company, founded in Italy and working internationally. We make casual gameplay with complex game economies, and are looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager to manage our biggest live title. 

You would be smart, analytical and a great people person, able to understand your team and player base to build on the audience and revenue of the title. This role would work closely with our Head of Product and Product Design team to lift the performance of our top title and the company as a whole, bringing in new ideas and approaches and teaching these to the teams. This is a demanding role combining product and project management as well as product ownership.

📖 Your quests will be to:

• Define an efficient and business-goals oriented roadmap
• Help building new features and tweak existing ones
• Create and manage project plans, defining key milestones, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient completion of the roadmap
• Analyse and test the performance of the game, working closely with the Data Science team
• Motivate and direct the product, development, data, customer support and UI/UX team members, developing their skills
• Communicate effectively between the Product Design and game teams to streamline feature definition and development
• Update the Head of Product and Senior Leaders on progress

🎮 To start playing, you will need:

• Several years of project management experience, ideally in F2P mobile games
• Good analytical and numerical skills - you know how to run and interpret an A/B test
• Agile project management skills and experience
• Great communication skills
• Strong Excel-fu
• Fluent English

Building community and having a place to connect with each other is very important for us. We like not only to work together, but to have time to get to know each other, to celebrate and have fun. We also value people's choice to work from anywhere, that's why we have a very flexible hybrid model.

Our policy is 4 days per month at the office, and we decide however we're gonna go. There are people who like to go once every week, or two days every two weeks, four days straight, or even combining the last 4 days of one month with the first 4 days of the next month and only go 8 days straight every two months. Whatever works best for you!

If you don’t live in Italy, we have two options: if you would like to relocate, our company offers a relocation package to help you move to Milan; if you want to stay where you are, we offer a benefit to help you with travel expenses and flexible working hours around your journey time.
