Corporate Recruiter

What will you do at Traxion?
Working as a Corporate Recruiter within Traxion, means that you will be responsible for finding new colleagues, to join our family.

We are in a very interesting phase when it comes to Recruitment. We have started a Recruitment ramp up, meaning that we are professionalizing and standardizing our end 2 end Recruitment. From Recruitment Marketing to building an awesome Alumni network. You'll become part of a growing team. So everything you do, will have immediate impact on our organization and growth.

 

What does this actually mean?

You will:

  • collaborate with the whole organization to create Recruitment awareness and involvement;
    • push the referral program
    • create organizational Evangelism regarding Recruitment
  • interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn);
  • build talent pipelines for future employment needs;
  • will have a pro active approach in regards to current and future hiring needs;
  • promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms;
  • maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System (Recruitee); and
  • correspond with past candidates in regards to available job openings.

 

Job requirements

  • You have experience as (IT-)recruiter, or in a HR-team with sourcing responsibilities. 
  • If you have experience as a campus-recruiter, that is a big plus!
  • English is nice to have, but a professional level of the Dutch language is mandatory.
  • Time-management skills and know how to prioritize your tasks.
  • High fun factor.
