What will you do at Traxion?
Joining us as Head of Development & Services you will play a vital role in increasing Traxion's business growth, client satisfaction and team engagement and professionalization.
As the primary client liaison, you'll identify needs, forge impactful deals, and monitor project progress. In collaboration with Swiss IT Security Group you will drive the evolution of a new services model.
You will also be leading 70+ professionals in Software Development, Security (Crypto), and IT managed services (with four team leads reporting to you). This team boasts a supportive and collaborative team culture that values self-improvement and open communication. It is your goal to empower your team to deliver exceptional services, exceeding client expectations.

Job responsibilities
- Actively engage in customer-facing activities, including presales engagements and stakeholder management.
- Identify client needs and opportunities, converting them into meaningful deals along with the sales team.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, building closer relations and enhancing client knowledge.

- Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators set within client agreements, ensuring successful project delivery at all times.
- P&L ownership for your services, including the set up and management of budgets for projects and contracts.
- Active contribution in defining a new target operating model for our delivery organization, to enable our delivery to be more scalable and based on services out of teams.
- Oversee the implementation of internal projects, such as expanding the infrastructure network and implementing ISO standards.
- Enable and coach team leads and some team members, providing tactical and strategic guidance
- Evaluate team performance, ensuring service delivery standards are met and the teams are engaged.
- Collaborate with the SITS Group to bring managed services to a global scale.
- Liaise with various internal stakeholders, including HR, sales, consulting, and finance
- Utilize tools and technologies such as AFAS and Microsoft Teams to enhance collaboration and productivity.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed degree within an IT or (Technology) Business Administration related field.
- Over 10+ years of experience in roles such as Project / Program Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Technology Manager.
- Demonstrable success in P&L management.
- Strong experience with change management (experience in moving to a Managed Services model is a big plus).
- Strong customer facing & stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and convert them into meaningful business deals.
- Experience having worked in a scaling or mature (medium-to large sized) organization (preferably technology oriented).
- Great people management skills, empathetic, entrusting, democratic leadership style.
- Experience managing or working with IT, Software Development and Security teams is greatly preferred.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
