What will you do at Traxion?
Our team is growing and looking for a (Senior) Technical Consultant who is experienced in and passionate about the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) domain. You will join a small team of Technical Consultants in Belgium (Kontich), who also work closely with and learn from other experienced Consulting teams in the Netherlands.
In this role you will be responsible for implementing and configuring IGA solutions for our clients. You will work with clients to understand their requirements, translate them into workable technical solutions, and guide them through the implementation process. You will either lead or actively contribute towards highly complex, multi-disciplinary client projects. The clients you will consult range in size and industry segment and the IGA projects vary in size, maturity and complexity. Quality consulting is important to us, and we expect you to be a brand advocate and trusted advisor to our clients. Your work week consists of working remotely, from the office and at our client(s) site(s). There is flexibility here and can vary depending on the projects you are involved in. No day is the same, which is what keeps our team highly motivated.
Job responsibilities
- Lead or contribute heavily towards projects & work closely with clients to identify their information security requirements, and design and implement IGA solutions best suited for their needs
- Collaborate with Business Consultants, Developers and our services organization to ensure that client requirements are translated to technical solutions
- Implement IGA solutions for clients, including integrations between different components of the solution
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients on IGA-related matters
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IGA solutions and processes
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on IGA-related topics
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field through obtaining relevant field and vendor certifications (I.e., SailPoint, Omada, Azure AD)
- Contribute towards presales activities (to help our sales team with technical conversations / negotiations during the RFP phase)
- Coaching / mentoring of less experienced colleagues and active knowledge sharing within the team
Candidate Requirements
- Obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in an IT related field (or have equivalent professional experience)
- Good experience liaising with clients and managing stakeholders at varying seniority levels (consulting experience is preferred)
- Demonstrable experience managing complex IT projects
- Good to strong knowledge of IAM practices and technologies
- Preferably hands-on experience with IAM vendors (i.e., Omada, SailPoint, Azure AD)
- Experience working with databases (i.e. SQL)
- Experience with scripting / programming languages is a plus (i.e., PowerShell, Bash script, Python, C# or Java)
- Certified in CompTIA Security+, MS-Azure or an IGA vendor certification is a plus (otherwise we can get you certified)
- Must be fluent in English and proficient in Dutch or FrenchYou are a critical thinker who is self-organizing, takes initiative and feels highly responsible for delivering quality results/services
