The Marketing Team at Wunderflats is growing and we are now looking for a talented Senior Public Relations Manager (f/m/d)* who will manage and orchestrate all external communications aimed at elevating the reputational equity of Wunderflats across all company stakeholders, including global media (earned and owned), our tenants, landlords and partners.

Like everything we do, our approach to PR is an expression of our values and our brand, so we strive to be humble, transparent and authentic while telling stories about Wunderflats. You will report directly to the Head of Brand and Comms, ensuring the execution of our PR strategy is adapted and rolled out across Europe.

This role will be instrumental in raising the Wunderflats brand profile in Germany and across Europe as we scale our international presence and directly collaborate with our CEO, COO and CMO.

This is a permanent role on a full-time basis, with an option for remote working (+/- 1hs from CET).


  • Proactively manage a portfolio of work, and be responsible for creating and implementing strategic PR plans
  • Ensure all content is aligned to practice-specific business and marketing plans, to achieve profile raising objectives, considering key messages, audiences, channels, and spokespeople
  • Own Wunderflats' media and external relations and write, edit, and produce communication materials as necessary 
  • Look for opportunities on sites, channels, and publications to promote the brand
  • Lead crisis management and communication
  • Collaborate closely with our Management team (incl. C-Level), People and other internal Stakeholders as well as PR/PA Agencies


  • You have 5+ years of solid PR experience in an agency or corporate press office (in-house) role along with having the ability to build and maintain relationships across the organisation, with journalists and other external audiences
  • You are a strategic thinker and able to lead and influence stakeholders while developing trusting relationships
  • With your excellent writing skills (ideally: copy-writing and editing skills) and experience in crisis communication and management, nothing will deter you from ensuring Wunderflats' image will always align with our mission and commercial pursuits
  • Excellent project and time management help you in your day-to-day work and enable you to prioritize and work under pressure
  • You are fluent in German and business fluent in English
