Partnerships Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

As a Partnerships Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you will play a crucial role in acquiring new partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners while launching our new landlord referral program and therefore playing a major strategic part at Wunderflats and for our landlord experience.

YOUR WUNDER MISSION

• Develop and launch our landlord referral program for 2023
• Find essential partners who can refer partners to Wunderflats like real estate agencies, property management agencies etc.
• Establish co-branding relationships with large companies
• Be the responsible person for account managing our existing partners on the tenant side
• Performance marketing means number-based marketing - You keep an eye on the income and expenditure of your campaigns and work out suitable optimization measures
• Preparation of reports & analyses for customers and internal purposes
• Development of long-term customer relationships through a trusting cooperation

YOUR WUNDER PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably with touch points to marketing
• Previous experience with Performance Marketing, in particular with Affiliate/ Partnerships Marketing
• Strong sales mindset with a positive attitude, hands-on mentality and a strong process orientation
• Self-motivated and independent approach to work with a high degree of resilience
• Adaptability to change in a fast-paced industry and a strong growth mindset
• You are business fluent in German and English
