We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative People Business Partner (f/m/d) with a generalist background in HR and People processes to join our friendly People team in Berlin, who are responsible for ensuring our 160+ employees thrive and develop.

The core of your success in this role is really to understand the business goals and translate that into effective people partnering, collaborating with teams cross-functionally alongside our two talented People partners elevating both leader and employee experiences throughout our organization.

You will play a key role in partnering with all levels of People managers to drive a variety of exciting strategic projects in areas such as compensation and performance management. On top of that, you will also develop and improve wider topics such as learning & development, engagement & retention and diversity & inclusion.

YOUR WUNDER MISSION

You will develop people-centric initiatives around our cultural values that promote a high-performance culture. Shaping Wunderflats as a great place to work and constantly think about new ways and formats to promote organizational effectiveness.
You will take responsibility for large-scale people projects ensuring best practices are followed. You will design solutions to business problems using your selection of the latest tools, concepts, and frameworks to shape strategic business partnering at Wunderflats.
You will collaborate cross functionally with leaders, stakeholders, and other functions (e.g. recruiting) on a variety of projects and topics in alignment with the business goals of Wunderflats. You will drive meaningful changes and improvements in departments and across the entire organization inline with our People roadmap.
You will provide guidance and act as a strategic sparring partner and coach to all our people managers, from team leads to directors. You will advise leaders on a broad range of people topics along the employee lifecycle.

YOUR WUNDER PROFILE

You have at least 3+ years of experience as a HR generalist, focused on a broad range of areas including business partnering.
You have a broad background with HR topics in a fast-paced startup environment and have knowledge of German employment law.
You standout as a solution-oriented person with a high degree of empathy. You have experience aligning people and business perspectives and solving complex people issues.
You are a self starter who is passionate about HR topics and is looking to develop and educate yourself further on innovative developments in the people domain and beyond to create lasting value.
You are a proactive character who identifies potential challenges and issues with great foresight. You are truly excited about developing people-centric solutions for individual employee issues as well as short- and long-term projects.
You are an excellent communicator. Your high degree of integrity enables you to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
You possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
