During your 6-month internship in the field of Business Development, you will strengthen our successful Business Development Department in Berlin. You will not only get to know the vast and exciting world of real estate but also gain initial experience in customer interaction and sales. Even as an intern, you are an integral part of our Business Development Team, actively shaping the future of Wunderflats alongside your colleagues.

This position provides a great opportunity for anyone aspiring to a career in Key Account Management, Business Development, Customer Success, or Sales.

YOUR MISSION

Support our Business Development Team in acquiring and onboarding new landlords.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for effectively attracting potential customers.
Take responsibility for the accurate updating of customer databases, ensuring our data is always up-to-date.
Expand the Wunderflats community by growing our network of landlords.
Actively educate yourself and work on your expertise in the real estate market and its current developments.
Bring fresh perspectives to our team and assist in the continuous improvement of our processes and projects.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a student/graduate in a relevant field of study (Business Administration, Economics, Sales, etc.) and want to gain exciting practical experience in the startup world.
In addition to your communication skills, you impress with your friendly demeanor and self-assured presence.
You enjoy analytical tasks and the development of your own projects.
Creativity, a hands-on mentality, and a goal-oriented approach are integral parts of your DNA.
You possess high adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Teamwork and a collaborative mindset come naturally to you.
You communicate fluently in German and English.
