We are looking for a motivated and talented Workplace Experience Manager to join our friendly Workplace team, based out of our new office in central Berlin. This role will suit someone who prefers when no two days look the same! You will be responsible for creating and maintaining an optimal work environment for all our employees (both on-site and remote) ensuring a positive workplace culture. 

 

YOUR WUNDER MISSION

  • Develop and implement comprehensive workplace strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and well-being.
  • Design, execute, and continuously improve engaging and inclusive workplace programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workplace initiatives with company goals and values while managing office spaces and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to provide high-quality, cost-effective solutions and act as a liaison to address employee concerns and feedback.
  • Organize and manage events, activities, and programs that promote employee engagement and stay updated on industry trends to integrate innovative ideas into the workplace.

 

YOUR WUNDER PROFILE

  • You will have 3 years experience in office management/ workplace experience  as well as property/facility management. 
  • You have a natural ability to communicate well with different groups of people whether that is being a friendly ear for our employees or communicating with  an external service provider.
  • You are highly organized and can handle multiple tasks at once.
  • You are a skilled problem solver and love a challenge.
  • You often think outside of the box and collaborate well with others, bringing new innovative ideas to the table.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
