We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Real Estate Operations Manager (f/m/d) who will take our team to a new level with their innovative spirit and passion for modern living solutions!
In this role, you will be responsible for our Wunderflats Plus customers, build strong relationships with our tenants, and drive our housing revolution forward. YOUR WUNDER MISSION
- You optimize and modernize our operations to ensure that we are always one step ahead of the competition
- Your charisma and communication skills, allows you to build close relationships with our tenants to understand their needs and maximize their satisfaction
- Your are a talented problem-solver, who overcomes challenges and ensure that all processes run smoothly
- You are a skilled coordinator and work closely with various cleaning companies, maintenance companies and other service providers to ensure that our residential units are always in optimal condition and our tenants are satisfied
- With your strong customer focus, you ensure that all needs and requirements of our tenants and landlords are met efficiently and effectively to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
YOUR WUNDER PROFILE
- You ideally have at least 1 year of experience in property management. You use your convincing demeanour and your ability to build relationships, to gain the trust of our tenants and create long-term partnerships
- You are savvy when it comes to technology and you possess knowledge of property management softwares and other digital tools in the area of property management
- You are a creative thinker who likes to bring in new ideas and is ready to make bold decisions to further develop our strategy
- You are fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)
