About the Role

The Site Operations Manager is ultimately responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the data centre during its operational life cycle including health, safety and compliant operations, the site team, its customers, service delivery, security, projects and the total site team.

 

Main responsibilities

/ Healthy, safety and fully compliant operations, including all environmental aspects
/ Deliver Yondr data centre service as contracted by our customers
/ Maintain and operate the data centre to establish optimal availability of the infrastructure against minimum costs
/ Site organisation including third party service provider
/ Customer relation and satisfaction
/ For all changes / project on site
/ Reporting to all stakeholders: customer, management
/ Drive and share continuous improvement of design, delivery and all operations aspects: reduce costs, improve revenue
/ Site operations and project budgets (P&L)

/ Provide continual support to the team and audit these procedures to ensure continual improvement and enhanced customer experience.
/ Actively Promote Yondr brand.
/ Build relation and partnerships with suppliers (chain), local government, branch offices etc
/ Develop / build / support Yondr operations activities globally
/ Having a business plan with clear objectives and key results (OKRs)
/ For the continuous development / training of the site team including PDPs

 

Qualifications

/ Qualified engineering or business degree background
/ Experience in critical environments > 10 years
/ Good written and oral communication skills: German, English
