About the Role
As the Human Capital Manager at Yondr, you play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our HR systems and data processes. This position is crucial for ensuring that our HR systems are efficient, accurate, and aligned with our strategic objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing HR data management, system administration, reporting, and analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making and improving HR processes.
Main Responsibilities
/ HR Systems Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's HR systems, including HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and related applications. Serve as the primary system administrator, managing user access, permissions, and system configurations. Manage the integration of HR systems with other business applications to streamline processes and data flow. Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure system functionality, integrations, and security.
/ HR Program and Projects Management: Manage and oversee HR-related programs and projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are completed on time and within budget. Develop project plans, set objectives, and define roles and responsibilities. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Report on project status to VP People.
/ Budget Management: Take ownership of managing the People team’s budgets, including forecasting for future needs, and liaising with Finance team as needed.
/ Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards to support HR and business leaders in making informed decisions. Utilize HR data to provide insights, trends, and recommendations to improve HR processes, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and overall HR strategies. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data by implementing data governance best practices. Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify and resolve discrepancies and maintain data quality.
/ Compliance: Ensure HR data and systems comply with data privacy and regulatory requirements, including GDPR and other relevant regulations. Stay informed about HR compliance changes and recommend adjustments as necessary.
/ Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
/ Training: Provide training and support to the wider People team and end-users to maximize system utilization and data accuracy.
/ Vendor Management: Collaborate with HRIS vendors to ensure system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates as needed.
/ Document Control & Knowledge Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of HR systems, processes, and data flows.
Qualifications and experience
/ Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
/ Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR systems management, data analysis, or a related role.
/ HR Systems Expertise: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, HiBob, Culture Amp, GreenHouse) and related HR technologies.
/ Data Management: Strong data management and data governance skills.
/ Analytics: Experience with HR data analytics, including data visualization tools.
/ Technical Skills: Familiarity with database management and HR software integrations. Excellent skills with Microsoft 365. Excellent proficiency in data analytics, manipulation and reporting using Microsoft Excel. Excellent proficiency in creating visually appealing and effective presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint. Excellent proficiency in using Microsoft Power BI to transform and clean the data, create charts or graphs to provide visuals of data.
/ Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of data privacy and HR compliance regulations.
/ Project Management: Ability to manage system implementation, enhancement projects and support projects with necessary data presentation. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
/ Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
/ Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy.
/ Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
/ Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing HR technology trends and requirements.
