About the Role
As Manager of Systems Integration within Yondr Global Technology, act as Client-side Integration lead ensuring ‘integrability’ of all systems and data in the technical delivery of Yondr projects and Yondr’s internally developed Technology. From concept design into operations. You will take a lead role in the strategic oversight of the individual systems design packages and be a key influencer to their innovative outcome from an integration standpoint as part of a growing technology team. Provide technical appraisal over interrelated disciplines to support a continuous cycle of innovation. Control technical quality and integration risk, working with a team of subject matter experts in various engineering and technology disciplines. Delivered through an understanding of a broad range of system disciplines and an expertise in integrating systems onto common data platforms.
Main Responsibilities
/ Accountable for the Integration Strategy for projects
/ Accountable for cross discipline risk management
/ Provides technical leadership, facilitates cross discipline collaboration
/ Develop Integration Specifications
/ Provides technical appraisal of designs and contractor proposals against Integration Strategy
/ Responsible for Technical Implementation on a project delivery basis
/ Leads Technical Innovation of systems
/ Technical acceptance and handover of Yondr Developments at all project stages from an integration standpoint
/ Develop central governance and standardisation of systems and technology
Qualifications and experience
/ Appreciation of the impact (cost, program, quality) of systems technical decisions
/ Must have multidiscipline understanding and experience of all building systems (ELV, Power, Energy, Building management systems, software, ICT, building information management) as well as M&E to be able to effectively foster collaboration
/ Ability to take the lead in technical workshops and meetings
/ Experience in managing various relationships and foster cross discipline collaboration
/ Industry recognised education and qualification in an engineering discipline
/ Keen eye for detail and ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
/ Data Centre or relevant experience in large multidisciplinary integration projects
