Our IT team has a fantastic career opportunity for an enthusiastic and collaborative Trainee IT Support eager to deliver exceptional IT support to our employees in the Zurich-Altstetten office.  

What you will do: 

During your internship, you will gain an exciting and comprehensive practical insight into the world of IT support and administration. You can deepen your knowledge by being responsible for: 

  • First/Second level support, introduction and training for the end users 
  • Management of users, applications and devices in the Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure environment 
  • Installation and maintenance of notebooks and software 
  • Troubleshooting in the event of malfunctions  
  • Support with internal IT projects 

What you will bring 

  • You are in a computer science school or want to complete a university degree in computer science, business informatics or a related field. 
  • Affinity for IT administration 
  • Very good PC user skills  
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products 
  • Near native German skills and communicative English; (French is a plus)  
  • Experience with digital service desk or project management tools such as Confluence, Jira, etc. 
  • Resilience, patience and flexibility with a friendly and service-oriented approach 
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism 
  • High motivation to learn new things independently and to work in a team
