Our IT team has a fantastic career opportunity for an enthusiastic and collaborative Trainee IT Support eager to deliver exceptional IT support to our employees in the Zurich-Altstetten office.
What you will do:
During your internship, you will gain an exciting and comprehensive practical insight into the world of IT support and administration. You can deepen your knowledge by being responsible for:
- First/Second level support, introduction and training for the end users
- Management of users, applications and devices in the Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure environment
- Installation and maintenance of notebooks and software
- Troubleshooting in the event of malfunctions
- Support with internal IT projects
What you will bring
- You are in a computer science school or want to complete a university degree in computer science, business informatics or a related field.
- Affinity for IT administration
- Very good PC user skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Near native German skills and communicative English; (French is a plus)
- Experience with digital service desk or project management tools such as Confluence, Jira, etc.
- Resilience, patience and flexibility with a friendly and service-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- High motivation to learn new things independently and to work in a team
