Are you ready to lead YouGov’s corporate and internal communications strategy and make a significant impact?
As our VP of Corporate & Internal Communications, you’ll take charge of both corporate and internal communications for the YouGov Group, ensuring they are aligned, effective, and on-brand. Reporting directly to the Chief Governance & Compliance Officer, this high-visibility role will give you the opportunity to collaborate closely with key stakeholders and shape the way we communicate across the organisation, driving a consistent and impactful message to both internal and external corporate audiences.
On the corporate communications side, you will be responsible for our regulatory and policy-related external communications, while also leading on crisis communication, and supporting the delivery of a consistent tone of voice and messaging across all our corporate communications outputs. Note this remit excludes investor relations (managed by the Investor Relations Director) and PR (including the YouGov Press Office) which is largely focussed on B2B/B2C public data-centred media relations and data journalism (managed by the Global Editor). You will be expected to build collaborative relationships with both areas. The successful candidate will likely have experience in corporate communications in a UK listed company, or in a communications agency environment supporting UK listed company clients.
On the internal communications side, you will manage the established internal communications team, while leading on the more complex internal communications subjects such as crisis management and financial reporting.
Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely or choose a hybrid arrangement that suits you. Whether you prefer working from home or splitting your time between our offices and your home, we support your work-life balance.
Regrettably, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship, so you must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis.
