Job title – Marketing Development Representative

 

Job Description
We are looking for resilient, energetic candidate with a great attitude to join us at YouGov as Marketing Development Representative looking to support our Commercial teams. The role will consist of qualifying inbound leads, reaching out to potential new clients who have registered on our platform and converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). 

  • Effectively triage, qualify, and action inbound leads generated from marketing department activity.
  • Use a personalized outreach and a suitable cadence with an end goal of booking a meeting for sales.
  • Act as a liaison and collaborator between Marketing and Sales functions in the commercial team.
  • Understand how to nurture leads in the B2B funnel to create additional sales opportunities and increased efficiency and revenue.
  • Enrich our CRM according to needs.
  • Processing of leads generated by local and global marketing campaigns.
  • Process all qualified leads generated by marketing campaigns: email follow-up with construction of suitable content.
  • Quickly acquire a deep understanding of the company, product and target market.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Consistent performance over at least 6 months in an outbound role.
  • Ability to organize work according to objectives and demonstrate autonomy.
  • Ability to multitask, demonstrated by examples.
  • Highly disciplined, able to deal with push back from prospects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English.
  • Willing to support and work as a team.
  • A "Hunter" attitude to getting new business.
  • Interest in marketing strategies, ability to dig into Market Research and data.
  • Work comfortably in a team of other sales professionals and market researchers.
