About the role 

As a Panel Integration Program Lead, you will lead the coordination of the integration of different panel functions, for the YouGov Access panel and CPS Consumer panel. You will work with the Panel Workstream sponsors and other Workstream Leads to understand and feed into the broader Integration Strategy, and identify key integration projects, prioritise them and work alongside centralised and regional panel management teams to deliver integration activity, in line with the integration strategy. 

What you will do: 

You will be responsible for leading and delivering the integration workstream for Panel. 

Strategic Planning:  

  • Develop and implement the integration strategy consisting of activities impacting key Panel functions. 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align integration goals with overall business objectives.  
  • Prioritise the Workstream’s agenda in line with the Integration Strategy, TSA costs and competing priorities for teams involved in the integration.  

Cross-functional Leadership & Stakeholder Communication:  

  • Foster collaboration and communication across departments to drive integration success.  
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, providing updates on integration progress and addressing concerns.  
  • Act as a point of contact for all Panel integration-related inquiries in the new combined business. 

Program Management:  

  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, outlining key milestones, dependencies, and timelines.  
  • Monitor progress and ensure the project stays on schedule, adjusting as needed.  

Risk Management:  

  • Identify potential risks and challenges related to technical integration and develop mitigation strategies.  
  • Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth integration process.  

What you will bring: 

  • A good understanding of different functional areas of research Panel management: e.g. recruitment, engagement, support. 
  • Proven experience of success in leading or managing change/integration programs 
  • Strength in identifying problems and inefficiencies and fixing them.   
  • Excellent communication skills.  
  • Excellent leadership skills, along with a knack for problem-solving. 
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with different teams and stakeholders.
