As part of our team, you’ll provide strategic legal counsel on a wide range of commercial matters, from drafting and negotiating contracts to advising on corporate transactions.

What You'll Achieve

Masterful Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for YouGov's global transactions.
Legal Research Expertise: Dive into national, international, and local laws to ensure compliance and applicability to our business.
Advisory Excellence: Offer expert advice on master service agreements, key supplier contracts, and general terms and conditions.
Data Protection Proficiency: Draft and review data processing and sharing agreements, collaborating with the Group Data Protection Officer.
Governance Collaboration: Work with the Governance Team on compliance, risk management, and company policies.
Autonomous Teamwork: Thrive in a dynamic legal team with a high level of autonomy.

What You Bring

Qualified Expertise: A qualified lawyer with a current practicing certificate.
Contract Savvy: Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts.
Employment Law Acumen: Knowledge of employment law.
Pragmatic Problem-Solving: A commercial approach to risk, with the ability to present alternatives and propose solutions.
Exceptional Communication: Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with various IT tools and databases.
Industry Experience: Background in marketing, media, tech, advertising, and/or publishing (desirable).
