You will be part of a Sports operations team, which analyse sport broadcasts and social media.  Data is collated to provide an in-depth insight into sponsorship exposure, this is achieved by using advanced image recognition technology and a team of analysts.  This data then forms a valuable part of YouGov Sports reports to our global clients.  The team provides support to teams in Europe, the USA, the Middle East and APAC.

Alongside other departments, you will be part of a wider Operations team which strives to produce accurate results every time and supports the rest of the company in delivering innovative and robust research solutions.


Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist Operations Manager in ensuring projects are timely and accurately audited.
  • Effectively communicating brief to auditors.
  • Use internal software to manage progress of projects/tasks.
  • Assist in auditing automatic detections of sponsors in TV broadcast and Social Media content using our bespoke software.
  • QC projects for overall quality and advise on errors and omissions.
  • Assist Operations Manager in the coordination of the workloads of the team, monitoring individual schedules, making sure all projects are allocated and resourced effectively.
  • Monitoring resourcing levels within the team, ensuring that the Operations Manager is made aware of any issues.
  • Assist Operations Manager in identifying potential training needs of staff.
  • Assist Operations Manager in training existing/new team members.
  • Using experience to liaise with internal clients, advising on best practice and assisting with problem solving.
  • To maintain excellent record administration so as to have an accurate log of work carried out as part of the service
  • With support, carrying out skills assessment of auditors.
  • With support, carry out line management duties (including performance management, resource management, talent management and team communications) and through behaviour and attitude, establish the standards required by the team.
