We are currently on the hunt for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our already successful team of 4 and our wider Digital Marketing Operations team of 9. The Marketing Operations Manager has created a collaborative and professional atmosphere with great benefits and plenty of opportunities to develop your skills.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will include: implementing, automating, and measuring marketing initiatives and workflows to boost productivity and support stakeholder efforts. You will also collaborate with product, and field marketing teams on a variety of initiatives across Europe.  

To be considered, you must be based in Bucharest, as we are unable to support you with any residency or visas. You must also be fluent in English.

This is a hybrid role, so you must be able to commute to the Bucharest office at least 2 days a week.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): 

  • Oversee and execute related communications, including monthly newsletters, regional & global marketing initiatives, social media, and other types of programs
  • Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring or triggered emails
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution
  • Utilize database segmentation techniques, dynamic content, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance
  • Understand and manage technical and data flows, such as setting up workflows for capturing leads from website forms and integrating values into the Marketo instance
  • Act as a point person for the marketing operations team, coordinating with numerous stakeholders to ensure campaigns are planned, tested, and delivered on time
  • Document campaign processes and workflows, and make sure users are respecting naming conventions, program structure, and apply the correct settings in campaigns
  • Ensure all email campaigns meet brand guidelines
  • Implement and optimize automated workflows within Demandbase to streamline campaign execution, lead nurturing, and account engagement processes
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ABM campaigns, using Demandbase analytics to assess effectiveness and support data-driven decisions for optimization
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ABM and B2B marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Use these insights to continuously refine and enhance the ABM roadmap, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective

 

These are the essential you will need to get an interview:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience using a marketing automation platform (we use Marketo however we are open to any)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience using Demandbase or similar ABM platform
  • Experience of implementing and delivering email marketing
  • Experience of database segmentation and A/B testing
  • Understanding of technical and data flows
  • Setting flows for capturing leads
  • Completing forms on the website
  • Setting flows to translate values coming from an integration to Marketo

 

 It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t: 

  • Experience of working with a project marketing tool (we use Monday.com)
  • Experience of collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience of working in a B2B environment
  • Demandbase certification or other relevant certifications in ABM and marketing technology are a plus
  • Experience of dynamic content
