Are you an experienced B2B Marketer with experience in sector marketing? Then join the DACH Field Marketing team at YouGov! Focussing on our FMCG & Retail offering, your responsibilities will include managing strategic Brand Activation with an emphasis on Content, Events, Partnerships, and Account-Based Marketing in the region. Your contribution will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth, enhancing marketing operations in the DACH region.
To be considered, you must be based in Germany, as we are unable to support you with any residency or visas. You must also be fluent in German and English languages.
This role offers flexibility, with the option to work in the office, hybrid, or fully remote.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Develop and drive thought leadership to position YouGov as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the FMCG & Retail space, with a focus on our FMCG & Retail offering
- Play a role in developing and executing the Account-Based Marketing strategy in DACH to increase revenue and share of wallet
- Collaborate closely with the commercial and research teams to understand objectives, priorities, and key accounts
- Increase awareness of YouGov’s brand and leading products & services across the DACH region, one of our largest markets, and within our FMCG & Retail customers using tactical marketing activities.
- Continuously monitor metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Represent DACH Field Marketing, developing internal positioning and driving advocacy throughout the business
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, developing strategies to achieve annual revenue targets
- German native language skills, both spoken and written, and good command of English
- Experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across departments
- Experience with marketing automation systems, CRMs, and reporting tools (we use Marketo, Salesforce, and PowerBi)
- Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Strong project management and quantitative skills
It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
- Proven success in managing in-person and digital events to drive measurable demand
- Expertise in developing and optimizing account-based marketing campaigns to acquire new clients
- Experience in the FMCG and/or retail industry
- Experience in managing PR activities
